1. What are your methods payment?
You can also use the PAYPAL payment button to preview what your order would
cost, including sales tax on the internet or call and put your card number or can
pay by check (but we will not process your order until your check is clear).

2. Do you charge additional proofing/up-load fees?
No. Unlike our competitors, our per card charge is inclusive of all charges and fees.
So when you compare our cost per card to theirs, please be sure to note whether or not they include all of their charges in their published per card cost. This is a typical marketing approach which misinforms and misgiudes the consumer. Proof and revise to your heart's content until everything is 100% to your satisfaction. Please note: All proofing must be within a two hours before they go to print.

3. I really need a quick turnaround on my order and cannot wait 7 days.
Can you get me my order quicker?

Yes, simply let us know how we can make your deadline. However this only applies to predesign basic invitations. Other highly customized invitation takes time. Please see PRICE GUIDE FOR INVITATIN+DESIGN for more information.

4. You mention I can work with a designer. Do I have to work with a designer?

No, you do not have to work with a designer if you are ordering predesign invitation and just order it online.

It starts with you making the first move. You can text, call or emai us to set up an
appointment at yc@creativeluv.com or 646-708-6515. Please leave name, best way to
get in touch, date and time to reach you.

2. Do you charge additional proofing/up-load fees?
No, there is no proffing or up-loading fees. Once you pick one design, we will revise
to your heart's content until everything is 100% to your satisfaction. Once approve,
we are on our way to place your order.

3. Why do I have to set up an appointment to talk to the designer?
Can I just order from your site?

If you are ording our basic pre-exisitng design, yes! But if you want a custom design
invitaiton you have to make an appointemet to have undivied attetion from a
designer. Only way a designer have to talk to you to have better feel for the
invitation you are looking for. After all, you are the designer's muse.

4. You mention I can work with a designer. What is the cost for this service?
Once we connect and I agree to take your job, you will need to make a one time non-
refundable depost of $50.00 to start the design conepts. Then you will receive your
design concept(s) within the time aggreed upon. Since all items are personal, you get
to choose how to view your conceptdesign: a digital proof will be sent to you by
text, email or secured site that only you can view to see if I am heading right
direction. If I missed the mark on design, than we go back to concept until we get it
right with additional cost to you.

No, we are not able to ship to post office box addresses.

2. How soon will my order arrive? How soon will my purchase arrive?
We can ship to within the 48 contiguous United States. Shipping charges will apply to oversized orders and orders being shipped on an expedited basis or outside the U.S. Offer is only valid on Creative Luv.com and is not applicable to third party or partner websites. Yes, but extra postal and time may apply. We will not ship to a P.O.Box Adress.

Yes, but standard shipping and not available for Hawaii & Alaska. We currently ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, the Northern Mariana Islands, or American Samoa. Standard and Overnight shipping methods are not available for U.S. territories & commonwealths.

1. What is your guarantee policy?
We want you to love your creation. Once we start your job we will continue our design to meet your satisfied. If you do not like the design concepts, than you are not have to order it.

2. How would I return an item?
To request a return, email us your request at yc@creativeluv.com, you must make this request within 30 days of receiving the shipment. We will only damaged items since all our products are custom designed pieces and had your approval of the final product will be requested prior to shipment. Please provide digital images of damaged or defective products. Be sure to specify the reason for the return request in your message and indicate any preference for replacement (it can only be for the same item only) whether exchanging for an identical product or account credit, or a refund.

3. What is your return policy on customized items?
This applies to all sales that are final after shipment. Custom designed pieces cannot be returned since your approval of the final product will be requested prior to shipment. If for any reason the shipment is damaged or lost, have no fear as we maintain a digital database of all our work and can resend at no additional cost to you except we split the cost of shipping (i.e. 50% off). Proof of damaged goods will be requested and no changes can be made from the orginal order.


 

1. What are your product licensing aggrement?
Ownership and licensing rights of all creative materials on this website and
purchased products and materials sold remain with CREATIVE LUV and are
protected under United States Trademark and Patent Laws. Sold materials cannot
be reproduced without the explicit written permission of CREATIVE LUV, Inc.
All CREATIVE LUV products are marked with a water mark seal designating the
product and design exclusive to CREATIVE LUV.

1. What makes Creative Luv different than other stationary companies?
When Creative Luv was started, one of its primary mission was to ensure that we
maintain a very personal relationship with our customers. While the internet serves as a fantastic super-highway, it can leave us with a feeling that we are simply a number on a page. That is why we are one on one design service with our clients. Talk to us - we luv to listen and share ideas! We love design challenges.

2. Why do you only have selective clients?
Since I am a one person designer, it's importent for me to have work that will benefit both the client and myself. I look for clients that are open minded, have fun and gives me challening projects.

3.Why do you charge non- refunable $50.00 deposit fee?
Each design is very personal and takes lots of my design time. Since I only work
with selective clients, I need to make sure I can provide the time and service they need to get the invitation of there dream. Once you become a client, I will be avavable from the begining to the end of the project. Overseeing every aspect from design to stuffing and assembling. Other words, you get what you pay for.

4. I have never heard of Creative Luv. How long have you been in business?
While Creative Luv has been established in 2008, The Founder (Ms. Young Battista) has been in the industry for well over 40 years. Our youthfullness as an organization ensure we are flexible, responsive, cost effective and personal!

5. While I luv your designs, can I change colors or designs?
If so, what would the cost for such changes?

Absolutey, we encourage our customers to email us or talk to us by providing their personal wants and needs. If you want to change the color palate, we will accomodate you. There will be no additional charge for color or font changes. For any other design changes, or such as rearrange the images on the page, simply tell us what you want and we will price it for you. You should note that Creative Luv, Inc. owns the rights to all of our designs, which legally allow us to modify any of our designs at free will!

6. I luv your designs, but a have limited budget. Can you offer me ideas?
Absolutely, Creative Luv will work with you to find a solution that fits your budget. Email us information of what you are looking for (including the quantity and your budget) and we will provide you with ideas.

7. Are your designs your own creations? Where do you get your ideas from?
Each and every one of our cards are created by a Creative Luv designer. We take pride in creating and strive to be different while maintaining a closeness to some traditional card designing. Inspiration for our designs are the product of surrounding ourselves with happiness and luv!

email. We also provide FaceTime and face
to face* consultation which is available
